Ski pioneer in the Saint-Sauveur Valley until his retirement in 1976, at the age of 70, his priorities were slopes and ski lift development. He hired youngsters from the area and let the poorest ones ski for free in exchange for a few little jobs. Bob Crichton managed a ski center in times when being a craftsman was more important than being a businessman.
