Laurentian Ski Hall of Fame – LSM
Upon his arrival in the Laurentians, in 1928, Victor Nymark specialized in log cabin housing construction. He devoted his spare time to skiing, participating in cross-country races and classifying himself among the first ranks. He participated in the organization of ski activities in Saint-Sauveur and the neighbouring area: opening of the Nymark Lodge, making skis, building of hotels, a church and the extension of the road from Saint-Jérôme to Saint-Jovite.
